The Rugby Centurions Foundation is a not for profit organisation that celebrates those players who have won 100 International Test Caps or more for their country. As one entity, the iconic players pledge to educate, motivate, and inspire the next generation. The Foundation achieves this by helping young people develop essential leadership skills, enabling them to build positive and productive futures.
Future Leaders Programme
Future Leaders is designed to develop young people’s resilience, skills, confidence, and aspirations. We strongly believe that every young person should have access to high quality support that helps them develop into leaders of tomorrow. We aim to support young people by giving them access to opportunities they may not otherwise have, ultimately increasing their long term prosperity and life chances.
Digital Leaders Programme
The Leaders Programme is designed for educational establishments that wish to unlock the leadership potential of their students between the ages of 16-19. Using the expertise of high profile leaders and athletes, the students are given actionable strategies, tactics and life skills that can help them to become a successful leader.
Next Gen Mentoring Programme
The Next Gen Mentoring Programme aims to help young people successfully transition from education and maximise their potential. Designed to be delivered over four months the programme includes one to one mentoring with a Rugby Centurion and supported by leadership, financial and recruitment workshops. The Next Gen Mentoring Programme launched in Glasgow and is powered by Quilter.
