THE LEADERSHIP PROGRAMME

The Future Leaders Programme is designed for educational establishments that wish to unlock the leadership potential of their students between the ages of 16-19. Using the expertise of high profile leaders and athletes, the students are given actionable strategies, tactics and life skills that can help them to become a successful leader.

IMPORTANCE OF LEADERSHIP SKILLS

The importance of leadership qualities in a young person’s life starts early and will be deployed directly in future employment. Leadership skills help students to accept challenges and solve problems in business environments and life experiences.

OUR LEADERSHIP AWARDS

There are five award categories and the winners are presented during our Centurion Jacket celebrations. The awards are as follows:

COURAGE

The COURAGE award is presented to the student who reflects the spirit, strength and courage of a Centurion.

SELFLESS-COMMITMENT

The SELFLESS-COMMITMENT award is presented to the student who has consistently put others before themselves.

RESPECT

The RESPECT award is presented to an individual or team that honours the uniqueness of each individual and their culture.

RESILIENCE

The RESILIENCE award recognises a young person with high learning potential, who has overcome the odds and achieved their goal, while facing challenging circumstances.

LEADERSHIP

The LEADERSHIP Award celebrate a student who has demonstrated exemplary leadership practices during the year.

Rather than just place our students in leadership positions, this year, we decided to help them unlock their full potential by developing their leadership skills through access to the Future Leaders programme run by Rugby Centurions.  I know first hand that the programme has been of great value to our students.

ASPIRE USA

A little description about this Aspire USA is thrilled to announce a partnership with the RC Future Leaders Programs (please amend based on how you want to be referred to).  Our clients will benefit hugely from such a well thought out, easy to use and inspirational programme.  Leadership is often the missing piece to fully maximising not only our clients US college experience but in business and life after college.  We want to prepare our clients to excel in the US and this partnership will be key in ensuring this.  Thank you to Chris, Zoe and the rest of RU for sharing our vision, we can’t wait to get going.
