Caps for New Zealand
100 Test Cap Stadium
Suncorp Stadium, Brisbane, Australia
Known for his hard-tackling approach to the game, Keven Mealamu won 132 caps at hooker for
the New Zealand national team. As a key member of the 2011 and 2015 Rugby World cup
winning teams, Mealamu is one of only twenty dual Rugby World Cup winners.
During the 2012 Bledisloe Cup, and 10 years after making his debut for the All Blacks, Mealamu
became the third New Zealand player to reach 100 international caps.
The 2015 Rugby World Cup Final was his last match as an All Black. Soon after, Mealamu was
appointed a Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit for services to rugby.
