Nathan Sharpe

Nathan Sharpe made his international debut for Australia in 2002 and went on to play 116 test matches for the Wallabies.
Two years on from his debut, Sharpe passed the 50-cap mark with a remarkable sequence of Test appearances, before earning his 100th Test cap at the 2011 Rugby World Cup, a campaign in which the Wallabies finished third.
Sharpe’s outstanding performance did not go unrecognised. In the years 2007 and 2012, he was awarded the John Eales Medal which recognises Australia’s Player of the Year.
