Richie McCaw is the most capped test rugby player of all time, having won 148 caps for the All Blacks.
McCaw captained New Zealand in 110 of those appearances, winning the Rugby World Cup twice during that time. In doing so, McCaw became one of only twenty players to win the Rugby World Cup on multiple occasions.
McCaw was the first All Black to reach 100 caps, the first player to win 100 rugby union test matches and won the World Rugby Player of the Year title a joint record three times.
