Louise Rickard

Since making her debut in 1993, Louise Rickard has represented Wales 112 times as a Lock, Wing and Centre.
Rickard’s career highlights include winning the Triple Crown in 2009. Following this, she was nominated for the BBC Wales Sports personality of the year.
Not only is Rickard one of the most capped players in the history of women’s rugby, she also captained Wales to their first victory over England and was part of the only Welsh team to ever win a test series in South Africa.
Rickard reached her 100th International Cap in 2008 while playing on home turf.
